By creating an account or using Modda.se, you agree to these terms of service and our privacy policy. If you do not agree to the terms, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Modda.se. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

• You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date
• You are responsible for protecting your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account
• You may only have one account per person

As a user, you agree to:

• Follow Swedish law and other applicable laws
• Respect other users and their rights
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not send spam or unwanted messages
• Not manipulate or abuse the service's features

• You retain ownership of content you create (posts, images, guides, etc.)
• By publishing, you grant Modda.se a non-exclusive license to display and distribute the content on the platform
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms
• You are responsible for backing up your own content

The following content is prohibited:

• Illegal content or incitement to crime
• Hateful, discriminatory, or offensive content
• Harassment, threats, or bullying
• Spam, advertising, or fraudulent content
• Malicious code, viruses, or phishing links
• Impersonation of others
• Copyright infringement
• Sexually explicit content
• Graphic violence or incitement to violence

• You are responsible for ensuring your listing is accurate and truthful
• You may only sell legal products
• Modda.se is a platform and not a party to transactions between users
• Disputes between buyers and sellers are handled by the parties themselves
• Modda.se may charge fees for premium features

• Modda Coins are a virtual currency with no monetary value
• Coins cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred
• Coins may have limited validity
• We reserve the right to adjust earning and usage rules

Links to shops on Modda.se may be ad links. This includes links in users' posts, which Modda converts automatically. Ad links are marked "Ad link". If you buy through one, Modda may earn a commission from the shop. It does not affect the price you pay. The person who wrote the post earns no commission, but confirmed purchases can earn Modda Coins as described on the ad links page.

• You can delete your account at any time via settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• For minor violations, we normally give a warning first
• You can appeal decisions by contacting us

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee that the service is error-free or always available
• We are not responsible for user-generated content
• We are not responsible for transactions between users
• Our liability is limited to what the law allows

You agree to indemnify and hold Modda.se harmless from claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be resolved by Swedish courts.
